Politics in India need not be always very serious! Take this conversation for instance. Some journalists talking about cornered Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh brushing aside widespread criticism that he was a “lame duck” leader presiding over a government mired in graft and policy paralysis, but offering little in way of policy steps he would take up to resolve the matter.
